Prices: Our shelves are stocked with fiction and non-fiction for children, young adult, and adult readers topics cover art, science, history, biography, current events, romance, travel, how-to, reference, cookbooks, and everything in between. We have DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs, and audio-books. We carry hardcovers, traditional paperbacks, trade copy paperbacks, and large print, most in nearly new condition. The Book Stop, staffed by volunteers, is open year round. All proceeds help support the Rockland Public Library. If you have any questions, please callįriends of Rockland Public Library manage the Book Stop, a wonderful used bookstore located on the lower level of the library building. Please remember not to block any sidewalks or roadways. Keeping the leaf piles separate from the debris/brush piles helps us to properly recycle these items and makes the process more efficient. There is no charge for the month of November. If you would rather bring your brush and leaves to the transfer station Should be raked into piles along the edge of the sidewalk/street and should be covered with a tarp or weighted material. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET OR SIDEWALK LEAVES GARDEN DEBRIS/BRUSH will be taken if PLACED SEPARATELY from leaves along the edge of the sidewalk/street. Pick-up times will be 7 AM to 3 PM on weekdays. The crew will be making just one trip through the City to pick up garden debris/brush, so please have it placed for pick up by 7 AM on Nov.
